Wow, this is like SO unreal

I mean, totally whimsical…the fact that I’m sitting on this enormous black roller chair of mine, pampering my HP keyboard to fabricate something that could be called as my next blog entry. Shit, the word “blog entry” in itself has the potential of bizarring me out to no extent. So does the tremendously widespread space between this post and the previous one. January 6th 2009. Wasn't that ages back? And if anyone, in fact, anyone is actually reading this post, then I’d be more than astonished, coz I know the award for the “Most Negligent Blogger” goes to none other than yours truly. And no, I’m not ashamed of that, because of the simple fact that I well and truly deserve it more than anybody else out here. Period.

Ok, let’s face it. This blog has been dead. Dead as a door-nail. Absolutely bereft of life. And may be, I was deliberately away from it for a while, coz I thought I needed a break from the cyber space. Not just from blogosphere, but from Facebook, Orkut and all those so called “networking” websites. Of course, it wasn’t like I had much time either. So it didn’t really take much of an effort on my part to cut myself off from them.

But now when I’m back home, with loads of time on hand, I feel that there’s something missing in my life. Something, which had once been everything to me. Something which I had held close to my heart. Yes, my blog. Or my Bloggy, as I often refer to it. There was a time when I used to look forward to the next day just so that I could create new posts and read other people’s blogs. It was exactly a year back I had created my own space here, my very own den. And now when I read those old posts of mine, I wish I could go back and start all over again.

Anyway, now that I’m back… and this time, with a bang! I promise you guys, I wouldn’t be complacent. Atleast not as much as I had been during the past few months. Coz this time I’m blogging, coz my heart is telling me to, and coz I wanna relive those old days.

And it was really nice of some of you guys who had contacted me to enquire about the blog. Glad to know that you guys remember me! Love you all…

Oh, and I just logged into Facebook, and whoa, you gotta be kidding me, is it just my eyes playing some stupid trick on me or did those words“456 requests” actually settle themselves on my homepage? God, that is again SO unreal. Man, I’m claustrophobic, already. And just why the hell is half of it in Arabic? And how the hell am I supposed to find out the “change language” option when everything’s in Arabic. Except yeah, the digits 456, so I'm guessing the word next to it is "request". Damn, screw these FB guys! I mean this is just so…

Unreal.
