Back with a bang!

It's been a week since I've posted! But then, what do you do when you run out of topics to write about?

Ok, just who am I trying to rib? Everyone knows that the CBSE results have come out and all you guys, who read my blog, know damn well that I don't waste my blogspace on 'topics':P. But somehow, unlike every other twelfth grader in blogosphere, I didn't wanna write anything about 'em. No, my results didn't screw up my life or anything. Infact, according to people around me, I'm supposed to be feeling happy. But somewhere down there, there is a teeny weeny rueful feeling. Without lingering the preface any furhtur, let me tell u that I got 81.2%.

Dad said he isn't 'unhappy'. So I take that as a positive remark. And mom said, 'it's fine, but could have done better'. And everybody else said just about the same. Acutally, I WAS happy in the beginning, but then my relatives were like, "Oh, is she sad?", "Tell her it's okay" and all that crap. It's hard, I tell you, people set all sorts of parameters for you on the basis of your parent's qualification (now this is one place where generation gap doesn't actually come into play!) and I swear, it's yet another story, living up to them. In my case, this has been happening since like 2nd grade or something:D

Changing tracks, Dad and Mom got me an anarkali each, on account of graduating. Apparently, it's like the in-thing now, and everywhere I look it's raining Anarkalis! So yeah, basically, I'm feeling happy right now.

The day was awesome and chances of it getting 'awesomer' are pretty high. Ferri, Gatha and Berry are comin over tonight!
